Concrete Repair
The initial install was great and we were happy with the work. The patio was completed in September 2020. Two months later a part of the sidewalk had cracked. We contacted them and they said they would come repair the crack. They have never come. We have contacted them several times over the last 8 months and they always say they will come, but they don't. They tell us they are working in south Georgia or north Georgia and can't come. Yesterday they said no one would guarantee that concrete would not crack. We feel that concrete should not crack two months after being poured, and if it does, the contractor should take care of it immediately. Our low rating is due to poor customer service and no service after the sale.
