Services we offer

Founded in 1987 as an electronic engineering group Tsc corporation has been a leader in electronics restoration and repair in Georgia. Capable of repairing items that were deemed un repairable by some of the major big box retailers it quickly became evident that we found our niche. So by 1994 we became a full service, service center for commercial and private clients with drop off centers in malls and flea markets of metro atlanta and nowadays weve streamlined to one warehouse that serves Georgia

The process went very well from start to finish. I left a phone message in the beginning and received a call back very soon. We had to talk back and forth to discuss the equipment, and we sent e-mails with pictures to clarify the problem we were having. The appointment was made then for the next day. Mr. Harris came promptly, and did the job efficiently. He is a pleasant and knowledgeable person.

I was initially unsure how to summarize my experience with this provider. Now I know: completely ineffective, misleading and unresponsive. The ONLY positives are the convenience of having my items picked up and delivered to me, which is entirely offset by the facts that none of the items delivered were repaired, my calls inquiring why it was taking over two weeks to address my camcorder problems were usually unanswered, and one item actually appears to have been damaged while in the technician's care. In retrospect, I was too trusting of the work done, failing to check the items finally returned to me right away, before allowing the technician to collect even a third item for repair. As soon as I realized my mistake, after learning that same day that the camcorder wasn't working at all, I called to cancel the repair order for the third item, a wireless speaker. As usual, the recorded reply was that the voice mailbox was full. The shop telephone number recording assures the caller that a response would be provided right away, and refers callers to the web site. Emails, of course, received no reply, and daily calls yield NO response. A visit to the internet-provided address for the repair location leads one to a multiplex of over a hundred units, and inquiry at the rental office fails to identify anyone associated with the business. I have one last address given elsewhere to locate this shop, and retrieve the third item I let the technician pick up before I realized my mistake. Fortunately, the charges I paid were relatively small, and the items left for repair have very little value in their pre-repair or post-repair state.

Today, following my renewed complaint through your web site, and after I sent the owner, Ben Harris, another email promising to pursue this matter relentlessly, he emailed and telephoned me about the matter, and arranged to return the unrepaired speaker, missing manual, and the eyepiece broken off of the Handicam camcorder. He has now done so, but refuses to refund the $25 deposit paid for the unrepaired speaker. Therefore I don't consider this complaint to be satisfactorily resolved. He is not BBB accredited, and has another unresolved complaint with that service. I see I am the only one to have provided a review of his business with Angie's List.
Response from HIGH END ELECTRONICS REPAIR
"We would prefer that the member send a picture of the damaged electronics in question to angies list to be forwarded to us so that we can see for ourselves the actual issue that caused this situation. We are willing to cover total cost to remedy any damages caused by our staff. We asked for this over a week ago and have not recieved a single simple picture to show this alleged damage. All we ask for is proof , which in this case should be very easy to show."

It went quite well, except for the fact that I hoped cleaning and routine maintenance care would correct my problem; it did not.
Response from HIGH END ELECTRONICS REPAIR
"The member originally chose us because we specialize in complete electronic repair and rebuilds on the newest technologies to post/pre 1970 vintage electronics that other places cant repair, he had a beautiful vintage a/v device that was faulty and corroded and we serviced it and returned it to him fully functional within 3 days at this point he was VERY HAPPY with our quick, precise and economically viable service and remarked that he would use our service again. And sure enough about 2 months later he called into the warehouse and set another appointment to service a Sony minicam that was faulty. After we ran a series of computer generated diagnostics on the minicam the results came back that his minicam needed factory firmware reloaded which is available only thru Sony. We gave the member the results of the diagnostic and he said fine and made arrangements for us to return his camera which we returned the following day.As the delivery person was returning the camera the member was very thankful and told the delivery person that our company was great and that we definitely "SHOULD CHARGE MORE FOR OUR SERVICES , SERIOUSLY" at the time neither the member nor the delivery person noticed that the cameras view finder trim piece had fallen off into the transport box that we use to transport items in.As the camera was being returned the member gave the delivery person an outdoor wireless speaker that was faulty for us to repair and as always our pickup/delivery is free only with repair. At this point everything was great until an hour later we guess that the member noticed the missing viewfinder trim and mistook this as being broken because he called our receptionist and irately demanded the instant return of his speaker however the delivery person was pre scheduled for appointments and could at the earliest return the following business day.We called the following day to confirm delivery time but the member did not answer , we finally reached him a few days later at which time he accused us of breaking his camera and after he calmed down and explained his perspective we realized that he was talking about the viewfinder trim piece and sure enough after we checked the transport box there was his viewfinder trim piece.so we told him but he was still saying that we broke his camera to which we replied that those trim pieces are always falling off of the cameras and that it was an honest oversight but he seemed to be sos (stuck on stupid) so we said fine when would be a good time for us to return the speaker and trim piece back to you and he said return it anytime to the clinic that he worked at and leave it with the front desk so we sent the delivery person there but they had closed so we rescheduled another date and finally returned the member's speaker and viewfinder trim piece to him personally at his home.Being in business for 23 years we have seen all types and the member could have calmed down and given us a chance to bring the viewfinder out to him and show him that the camera was not damaged by our staff but he chose to confuse himself by becoming hot headed and shutting down the lines of communication which is never the way to acquire desired results."
