He wanted to be paid for each stage in advanced. We paid for the unit in the first stage. They did the duct work, but they never brought in the unit. That left me with a 4th of July party with no a/c. I didn't get my money back. He completely dropped off the scene. Found on the internet that Craig had some legal trouble. This left me jumping through hoops. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He was using the money I was paying to finish other projects for others, and I was getting the cheap stuff. He wasn't financially capable to finish the project. Craig even brought his children to the worksite. It was very unprofessional. He even left trash around. I paid up front for that to be taken care of. I had to pay someone else to come remove it. Craig didn't even pay his subcontractors. One of the subcontractors came to the door and said he was going to put a lien on our house until he got paid.
