Custom Fence & Decks

Lee does good work.  He removed my old chain link fence and replaced it with a 4 foot wood picket fence.  His company is new.  He does good work, but does not yet have an established crew.  The guy who worked with him most of the time also did good work.  But there was one day he had a teenage kid helping him who was more of a hindrance than a helper.
He is very flexible and worked with me all along the way, even when I changed my mind a few times as the project progressed.
The net result was great.  I have a great new 4 foot wood picket fence.  Lee customized it as we ran into areas where it needed to be routed around something, a tree for example.
The bottom line is that his company is new.  He's still trying to build his business and he works hard to ensure that his customers are happy with his work so he gets good word of mouth referrals.
I gave him a "B" rating because compared to established fence companies with established crews and lots of history, he can't compete...yet.
Hopefully, he'll get more good word of mouth reviews to help build his business.  I'd hire him again in a heartbeat to do a fence, or any other custom wood projects.  He and I are currently discussing having him build a custom screened in porch for me.  If I end up using him for that job, I have not doubt that the results will be excellent, just like the fence.
