I wanted to rate this as half a star. This is the worst A.C. service I ever experienced in my life. Don't trust Charles! He is a scammer. He charged me $449 for service on a Thursday night. My air worked for 3 maybe 4 hrs and was back out. He came back the next day clamming that some part had burned out and it needed to be replaced, I was charged $336.75. My air still didn't work. Then he tells me I needed a reversal valve replaced which he is trying to charge me $650 to replace. After all this, I decided to go to my home warranty providers, which I should have done from the beginning. They came out. However, they would not service my unit because of the exposed wires and complete mess Charles had made. He knew that if the warranty company knew someone else was working on the unit they would not service it. So I think he left the unit like that so he had to be the one to fix it. I contacted another company, they came out and fixed my unit for only $215, parts and labor. They spent hours trying to fix what Charles screwed up. They told me that whatever Charles did the first day he came out caused all the other problems I had. I did not need a reversal valve. The other company said if he had placed a reversal value one there it still wouldn't have worked because I needed a control board. So he would have taken my $650 along with the $785 he already charge for nothing! Screw this company!
