New Black Quartz kitchen countertops and back splashes. The price was $200 cheaper than "company confidential". The quality of the craftsmanship was Outstanding and the kitchen looks great. My problem with the company was the first installation team. They removed the old countertops and installed the two large pieces which included "gluing" the largest piece together and also installing an undermount sink. I paid $300 for them to remove the old countertops. This took 30 minutes tops! They did absolutely NO preparation of the surface at all! Basically I paid $300/hr for this! When I realized they were going to put the new countertops on without even removing the large chunks of debris from the old countertop I quickly vacuumed the area while they were carrying in the countertop. Also, he did not fit the seam perfectly together. The $300 should have included a preparation and leveling of the surface. Second install team was outstanding. I could have given them an "A" if not for this prob
