He did communicate with me really good, he didn't give me a receipt so he could do that.

He was very personable, he did a good job, he was very knowledgeable about the shrubbery, told me what to do for them them make them look better and he wasn't a big big company he's just by himself, well his dad came with him to help him cause he cleaned up what he cut off the shrub he took it with him and I appreciate that and he also cut some roses in the back for me so I appreciated that as well.

I had an issue with his price and I am not going to call him back again because when I first told him what I wanted, he gave me a price and he wanted more after that. I kind of ticked him off my list.

Cand C Greenlawns (Clay Barns) designed and installed landscape for our home.

All communications for estimate, and landscape work were prompt and professional.

We are very pleased with the creative designs and work done by Cand C Greenlawns.

Clay was very easy to work with, he listens to customer and makes every attempt to provide what customer asks for. He is punctual and pursues the work diligently. He uses good sources for his materials, in this case, zoysia sod fresh cut from the sod farm in Alabama and rock from a local supplier. His goal is to leave the project with a satisfied customer, a very honest contractor, from my experience.



He prepared the area for the sod and leveled a low area to prevent water ponding and a better finished appearance. He installed river rounds next to a retaining wall, as I had requested to provide more erosion prevention and a nice finished edge.

He installed the sod the next day since it didn't arrive until early evening the day of the sod preparation. The results were great.

And he advised me of the proper watering and mowing schedule. I had requested advice from him since the Bermuda grass which had been planted several years earlier was thinning and allowing erosion in this area due to shade from evergreen trees.



I plan to contract with him later in the year for hardscape work.

They did a really good job.

A very good job overall. They were prompt in their arrival time, completed the work in a very timely fashion, were very knowledgeable, all at a very fair price. Will definitely ask them back to do more work.
