BOWEN & SONS AAA SVC

I called the company on a hot Saturday because my A/C was not cooling. This company had installed my unit (4 1/2 yrs old), although under a previous owner. They paged the service technician and he called back within 20 minutes. He explained that it would be cheaper if done on a week day, and told me how much common services would cost ahead of time. He showed up on time, was courteous, and very professional. He explained that the company's employees worked hourly and did not receive a commision on their units. He said some companies try to condemn a/c and heating units to make money. He answered all of my questions. He only needed to replace a capacitor that gives the system an extra boost to make the system come on. He checked for leaks and also the pressure on the system. He seemed like an honest guy. I was pleased at the relatively low cost.

They were excellent. They were on time. They followed up. They talked me through everything they did. They were exceptionally reasonable. Every time I call them, the lady who answered the call was very helpful. She knew sometime I would call the place and will follow up on prior phone calls. It was very evident that they would not have thought about it. Sooner I used to call, she knew what I was talking about and she gave me information I needed. It went off without a glitch and I was very much surprised and very pleased.
