They answered my call promptly. But that's all. As a single woman, I depend on others to help. With two jobs every penny counts. I asked that my gutters be cleaned and guards be put on and that the ones that were on be fixed. They were rude, impatient, failed to properly clean the gutters and didn't repair the guards already on. They didn't even offer to come back and fix the job. They took my money and now I will have to get up on roof and finish the job. I was very disappointed with the service.

They charged extra for reinstalling my toilet after doing tile work which the cost was not included in the original quote that was also discrepancies in the pricing between the original quote and what I paid at the end on my invoice. The work was shotty work
