Mike the owner was very thorough. He pointed out all things that should be addressed. Told me how well the structure was. Gave me some good advise on things that would be beneficial to me and the house. Told me about everything he saw and what should be addressed and fixed in importance order. Very personable and had a great vibe. Felt very comfortable and trusted his work and inspection he did on my future house! Would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection. I had called him on a very short notice before my closing date and he dropped what he was doing to help me out. I was very appreciative of all he did. Thank you again Mike!
