Flooring
The worker that came out and did what he was supposed to do. Very prompt, professional, courteous and cleaned up after himself. It was not the service but the quality of the product that I was not satisfied with. The poor response from the company regarding my issue seems no one wants to take responsibility. After sitting in a chair there were indentations on the floor. I will not recommend or use this company again.

Flooring
They did a very good job with the ceramic tile. You can still see the seams in the carpet, although they tried to correct that, just never successful. The hardwood floor molding did not match the floors and they promised me they'd be back to replace it. We're coming up on a year and they still have not come back to install the correct molding. They were backed by Trust Dale, a local show in the Atlanta area, and he promises to back their work as well.
