"Hi. I am deeply sorry to that you rated us as a "F". After reading the multiple reviews it is confusing as to where we fell short. You hired us to trap for one week (5 visits) at the rate of $350 for the week which includes daily trap checks. Your said there was 5-6 chipmunks that you wanted relocated. We trapped 7 . We even gave an extra day for FREE. We called every single day when the tech was in route letting you know when we were arriving. Although we had dozens of text messages and countless conversations with you, we disappointed you with our communication. In our text messages, I have been addressing every concern that you have raised. I am deeply sorry if it came across via text any way other than concerned, passionate and professional. That was not my intention by any means. This is our livelihood and I assured you that it deeply affected each of us. We ask every single client in advance not to walk around checking the traps to see if we caught anything (this puts the animals on guard) and not to tamper with the traps. It is in writing on the invoice. We check our traps every single day and there is no need for you to check or touch them. We found traps moved and one door broken from being forced opened. As for our performance, all feedback is a learning & growth opportunity. We have reviewed how we dealt with your specific situation and we honestly would not change anything. We provided many phone calls, dozens of texts before & after hours, fantastic trapping results, affordable prices, and ethical treatment for the animals. In spite of your bad review.... we seriously wish you & your family a happy and healthy future."
"Thank you so much for taking the time to post such a nice review. We are a family-business and do our very best."
"Hi [Member Name Removed]. We are deeply sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service that we provided. You hired us for raccoon trapping which is done outside. We found squirrel signs and set traps for squirrels & raccoons. We even had traps on your roof right by the holes that were torn into your shingles and soffit. After we caught one we were told there were no noises heard for days. The tech explained that the immense damage done (photos provided to you) was done by raccoons but the tech felt it was squirrels utilizing the raccoon holes. As for us being non-responsive, I checked our call logs and there wasn't a missed phone call from you during that period. I am concerned that you were not calling the correct number. If for any reason you were texting or calling the cellphone of the original Tech (partner) who started your job and not the main office number that would explain the lack of response. You probably were told the reason we switched techs is that he was in the hospital with the flu that turned into Pneumonia and his phone was turned off. Let me tell you with him being in the hospital none of us were operating at 100%. We had one person that was not inflicted with the flu. By the time you get this response, I would think that the problem has since been resolved. If not please call our office number to discuss options. We are here. Let's see what we can do."
"Thanks so much for the kind words. We appreciate it. We just found our way to Angie's List."
"Sorry for the delay in acknowledging this review, we just found the review on Angie's list. Thanks for the kind rating."
roofing project. Not knowing how big or exactly where, I decided to
have a professional remove the nest. I called several companies. I
decided to go with one who could remove the nest instead of trying to
inject chemicals into the hole where they yellow jackets were entering.
The crew that came to my house were fantastic. Completely understood
the situation, had a plan, and completed the work quickly without the
use of chemicals. I couldn't be happier!
They came out same day I called, looked over everything and gave me a very reasonable quote. They did the initial work then came back after August 15th when the flightless young would be out of the attic. They even worked with another contractor (who wasn't as good as them) to coordinate the work on the home.
Simply put-- Southern Wildlife Management answered immediately, did all they said they would do and were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. There is no need to call anyone else !
Southern Wildlife (a licensed State contractor) answered their phone immediately. They said that they had someone already in the area but they would call me back in two minutes to confirm. They called me right back and within 10 minutes someone from their company had arrived and removed the turtle for relocation. The turtle wasn't hurt and neither was person or pet in my subdivision. They were very nice and handled the matter effortlessly.
I can't say enough good things about Southern Wildlife Management (SWM). After calling around to different companies for 5 days, my husband finally had a suggestion to call this company. I wish we had known about them earlier. We called them and they came out the very next day (on time) and were able to capture a goose (I have named her Gracie) that had a broken wing. She had a gander with her, that I named George, and he was protecting her and would hiss at anyone trying to get close to Gracie. So, we needed to call in the professionals!
The 2 guys that came out to help - captured her- they were fearless and were the most caring and loving animal rescue guys ever!
They transported Gracie to the vet and then gave us daily updates on Gracie's progress- surgery, post op...everything!
We can't wait to re-unite Gracie with her life long love, George! Thanks to SWM, they will be reunited soon!
This is a stellar company!
"Member - We appreciate you taking the time to post a review, especially on Angie's List. Thanks a bunch. If you need me... we are just a phone call away."
Extremely professional. You would feel comfortable with the guys coming in and out of your house. They are NOT some backwoods people that might make you uncomfortable. Very knowledgeable. The traps are checked everyday. They don't kill the animals. They are released back into the wild. They can trap the animals and cap off the attic so those critters do not get back in. The construction to cap off the attic looked great.
One of the gentleman even rescued 2 baby squirrels in my back yard. He was sitting up in a tree getting bitten by ants and rescued these babies and then rehabilitated them to be released back into the wild.
I would highly recommend their services.
"Member - Again we deeply appreciate the thoughtful review. The feedback always helps us grow. Thank You - Thnak You - Thank You! Call, text or email if you should ever need us."
