House Cleaning
Very Bad. I wish I could give the company 0 or negative Stars. Work quality is okay. But, the customer service is so poor. I have been using the company for the last 25 months. So long right. I like some of the employees. However, the owner (the lady) does not have any customer service sense. She does not know how to deal with customers. She has missed the appointments so many times and when I texted for "no show", she mis-behaved with me saying I did not understand that they sometimes could not make it. Okay, but they should let me know right? So, she would not let me know, nor she would show up. When I complain, it is my fault? And, I was never able to reach her on the phone, when I called. Only the first time when I was hiring her. Wowww...I would not deal with this company again. Please think twice before you hire.
