I called for service. A gentleman named Alex answered all my questions and gave me summary of what may have been happening with my outlets. Based on what I told him he provided an estimate of cost to repair the outlet. He called to called back to confirm my appointment and gave me the name of my repair person to expect, Mike. Mike came earlier than expected but was very professional, more importantly he described what was happening with my outlets. The GCF outlet went bad causing the opposite outlet to malfunction. Replacing the GCF would fix both outlets. He made the repair in under 30 minutes!

Ali and his team installed 13 recessed lights and an exterior outlet at our house in Alpharetta. The project was finished exactly when Ali said it would be finished and it was completed to our satisfaction. Very prompt, professional and pleasing......He was determined to make sure we were happy with the result! I highly recommend and will certainly use him again for future projects...Fantastic Job!

Ali answered the phone the first time I called...no voicemail and no phone tag. So things started off excellent. It only got better from there. He came out the same day to provide and estimate and took his time answering our questions & explaining his recommendations. As another reviewer stated, he is very honest and never attempted to recommend things we didn’t need. He completed the work 2 days later. Showed up early and completed the work quickly. He even took his shoes off every time he came into our home and cleaned up after the work was done. I wish I could give him 10 stars. He is one of the best contractors I’ve had to pleasure of working with!

AMAZING! Alex explained my problem was due to system overload. He didn’t try to up-sell me to replace the breaker or anything. VERY HONEST PERSON! He really didn’t even want to accept full payment either. All around a great human being!

Fabulous. Alex went above and beyond expectations not only replacing the problem box but also working with power meter to make all work very effectively - including some siding work to make it all come together!

Ali and his guys were amazing!! They worked so hard and got the job done so well! Great pricing and definitely worth it. I met with him for a quote on a Monday, work was done that Sunday. So happy with the work and I will definitely use Neeklight again in the future! I had 3 new ceiling fans/lights installed (no existing wiring), 3 fixtures changed, and new outlets installed. So happy I chose Neeklight! They were such nice guys and so professional.

I had an old 150 amp panel and it needed an upgraded. They upgraded The panel to a new 200 amp . He was punctual, responsible and knowledgeable about his work. I had a great experience working with him and I will definitely work with him again. I already recommended hem to friend of mine.

Ali is extremely knowledgeable and brilliant at his trade. I’ve used his services multiple times and will continue to use him for all my electrical needs. He drove through the snow and ice to make a same day service Call, and he was able to install my recessed lighting as well as correct wiring issues in multiple rooms in less than an hour.
