After getting paid in full owner has ignored email requests to finish punch list. They lost covers to electric timers and have made absolutely no effort to replace them. In addition some shelf supports were not level when installed and owner has made no effort to rectify. Midway through the remodel the owner fired his employeee who was overseeing the construction. The owner took over and was not nearly as competant as his former employee nor did he have as high a standard of quality control. I cannot reccommend Jonathan Overholt.
