Crews were efficient, arrived on time and were prompt and efficient with their clean-up.

Everything went well from start to finish.  Shawn and his team are great to work with. They are all very professional, punctual,  do great work, and some of the nicest people to do our home repairs.  One deck board was defective and they replaced it in a timely manner.
Our new deck looks so nice and we are very pleased with the whole process.

I was never even at home when they were working.  There was a real problem with finding the siding that matched mine.  Shawn Latimer was the one that I worked with.  He contacted several different siding companies and finally found one with the profile that was very close to what we had.  He used that.  He was very diligent in looking to get the right product.  That took some time longer than I had expected.  But it wasn’t his fault.  He went to my friend’s house and replaced some siding there too.  He also did some gutter work there.  He did a wonderful job.  He showed up when he said he would show up.  He did the job.  I had no complaints and I was glad that I called him.  The price was reasonable.  We used some of the siding from my son’s house and that decreased the price.  He didn’t have to tell me but he did that.  They did good work.  His responsiveness was work.  He would email me when he would be here and he was here.

Prepped and painted bedroom walls.  Moved furniture to paint and replaced it.  Caulked and painted master bath baseboards.  Also furnished and installed downspout screens to all downspouts outside. |Quality of work was excellent and work was done timely.  You never have to worry that you will be left hanging.

The brick molding on our house that was rotting. We had hired another company a few years back to take care of the problem but now everything was worse than before. We were looking for a company that would take care of the problem for good and stand behind their work. We called several companies to come out and give us advise and estimates. Some never returned our calls, some came and said they would send us estimates which we never got, or they would just not show up at all. Finally while taking to a neighbor I got the name and number for this company, Georgia Construction Consultants, with high recommendations. I called and they promptly set up a meeting with their project supervisor.
 We were greatly surprised when the project supervisor showed up on the date and time we had agreed on. (Many of the others did not !) He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He was patient and answered all our questions. So far, so good. Now we wanted to see if we would get the quote that we were promised in a timely manner. Well we did. Now we were more impressed. We had a few questions about the quote. No problem all questions were answered cheerfully. Each and every time we had an appointment set up, the project supervisor was on time or called to let us know if he would be a little late. We truely felt this was the company for us.
 We set a start date. On the date we choose the window crew came out to replace a picture window with two side windows and a circle head. All went great. The crew was on time, very curtious, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. Then the crew for the brick mold replacement came in and finished. Great job!! The painters came in next. They were awesome. They were very professional and good at their job. If they found a problem they would let us know or tell the project supervisor. Then we would discuss what to do. The project supervisor met with each crew before starting to be sure they knew what to do and he showed up everyday to see how things were progressing. Due to rain the painting had to be postponed a few days which pushed the painting into a week where we were out of town hiking for 3 days. We felt confident enough that we told them to continue on with the job. We are bout 6000 feet up on the side of a mountain when my cell phone beeps. I had a message to call the project supervisor when ever I could. Fortunately we walked a few more feet and I got service. (It was the only spot on the trip that we got service once we started climbing!!) I called and painting had been stopped because the supervisor had remembered me saying I wanted the trim and new gutters to match. It did not. We discussed what to do and he took care of it. When we got home everything looked awesome!! Then as they finished up the painters decided my deck rails needed painting so everything would look new. They threw that in for free! They also gave us a break on the extra paint and time where I had messed up the trim color choice. We are VERY satisfied with everything and will be using them again for our future projects. If you are looking for a professional, reliable company that cares about their clients and their work then you need to call this company!!

Excellent.  Shawn Latimer with Georgia Construction Consultants made us feel confident that the job would be done correctly.  He has a passion for delivering quality services and treated our project as if it was being done on his own home.  What more can you ask for?  He also gave us excellent advice so we could make a sound decision on products and colors.  This is the 4th project we have used Shawn for and we will use him for all home projects in the future.  He makes us feel good about embarking on home projects because we know the end result will be done correctly.  And, a nice surprise, the workers were on time and at our house when expected.

The company provided a container for all debris that was to be  removed.  They showed up on time and gave me a progress report a couple of times since I was home and would go by to just watch .  All waste was cleaned up.  I consider the job to be a quality one.
I have used this company since 2010 for window replacements and capping.  They have painted inside and outside for me.  They have removed sheetrock and replaced it when I had water damage in the garage.  They have installed quarter round moulding in the sunroom, kitchen, master bath and hallway.  

Always, I received quality workmanship at what I considered a reasonable rate.  I believe the owner, Shawn Latimer to be a person of integrity and will call on them again.

As a part-time landlord with four rentals, I do not have the time or the expertise to make repairs on the houses. A friend introduced me to Shawn at Georgia Construction Consultants five years ago and he has quickly moved up on my speed dial. He has replaced siding, repaired roofs, replaced windows and screens and has done general wood carpentry on both the exterior and interior of all of the houses.
Shawn is easily accessible and has no surprises in his pricing/estimates. His work is professional and timely. His suggestions have saved me time and money which is very important to the success of my business.

It was done on time and very well.  We could not have been more pleased.  Shawn gave us so much attention and worked with us to produce a beautiful screened porch that we have enjoyed tremendously.  We especially like the solar screen he used because it helps to keep the water off the porch and I am able to have furniture and rugs on the porch that I never would have had without the solar screen.  Great job!!

Overall I think our experience with Georgia Construction was great. I would recommend them and use them again for future projects!

Everything was handled carefully, professionally and quickly.  Except for the expected noise, we hardly knew it was happening.
