The owner lied to us from day one after we signed a contract with his company. It took FIVE months to get a job done that was promised in one month. He blamed the weather, he blamed his powder coater, he blamed our computer, he blamed his supplier/s, he blamed everyone he could. We found out that all of his excuses were just more lies.
After his company finally installed the gate and fence, the gate would not work as he had said that it would. We finally figured out that he had NO IDEA how it was supposed to work! We was told that we had to hire an "IT" guy (at our expense) to get it working. The IT guy found out that the 300 cards that he had provided to us were not compatible with the equipment that he had sold us. When we called the company that makes the equipment we was told that he had not ordered any cards from them in over a year! Where did he get our cards??? The owner of Chapman Fence Company refused to refund our money for the worthless cards unless we released him from all liability regarding our fence and gate that still did not work properly.
I/we will NEVER deal with this man or any company that he is associated with. YOU SHOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EITHER!!!
