"Mrs. Alicia, I am sorry you are not happy with your service. We work very hard to ensure customer satisfaction for all of our customers. Unfortunately many customers can not be at home during our visits due to work and/or other tasks. This has never been an issue to my knowledge. As I explained to you, services take more or less time depending on season, employees on site, etc. On the day in question we had 2 employees on site doing the work. This along with the fact that you asked me to not cut the sodded area is the reason why we were able to finish your property so rapidly. I never demanded you pay me because I knew I was being paid by your insurance company and not you personally. I have never cancelled my schedule to stay inside. We did see 100 plus degree weather for 3 days straight this summer and the extreme heat slowed me and my guys down for that week. I did contact you to inform you we were running late because we were working slower due to the heat and you had no problem with it and insisted that I do what was best for me and the crew that I am responsible for. As far as not communicating, you and I have had many conversations face to face when I come to service your property. We were both very pleasant with each other and spoke for long lengths of time and you never mentioned any concerns or complaints. You were always saying how good of a job we were doing and you were happy with the results. When we initially spoke about setting you up for lawn maintenance we agreed on a set price for year round service. As previously stated, each season comes with different needed services. During the growing season, more time is needed to complete the service. However, during other times of the year the required time is less. This is why a year round agreement is best. You pay a lower amount across 12 months versus higher amounts when more work is required. Also, if you are a year round customer, I will never add a new customer into your scheduled spot. When you decided to break our verbal agreement by informing me you wanted to stop your service until the growing season started again, I informed you that it was totally up to you but then explained that your spot in the route would no longer be held and there may be a possibility of a new year round customer filling your spot. And if that was the case, I could not guarantee that I would be able to take you back on in the spring once you decided to have lawn care resume. You have not said anything negative this year until that point. You were always nice and complementing us on a great job. I apologize for the inconvenience and wish you the best."
