Gary was extremely professional and timely. His pricing was very competitive and I was throughly impressed with their work.

They tore down and rebuilt a huge deck, redid screen porch, did drywall work and other woodworking projects. If you want pictures of the deck and porch I will send them. It's awesome! I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Most work was done well. An issue that was noticed after job completion was addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. I will note that this may have been in part, an attempt to stay ahead of a winter storm that came through the area on the evening of scheduled completion. I do believe that Gary Floyd gives his best efforts toward running a quality business.

I would recommend Total Home Improvement for your painting needs. All my calls and questions were answered by Gary. I had my foyer, staircase and hallway upstairs and family room painted. I had damage in my ceiling in the dining room from leaks. They repaired the ceiling and painted it. All this was very professionally done. They did cleanup and put furniture back in place. This is a company that you can trust. Work is done professionaly and on time by people that you would like to have in your personal life as friends. Gary will let you know in advance of anything else he finds and ask in advance if you would like that to be done as well. No pressure to do the extra but just letting you know. Gary with Total Home Improvement came to house same day as inquiry after he called to introduce himself. He looked at job and gave me excellent price even adding in additional work. First of all, this is the only contractor that addressed the rotted board behind the siding that was to be replaced at the edge of the foundation. The other contractors didn't mention it or even bring it to my attention. The price quote was lower and included more work. This contractor searched and found siding to match existing siding. Others said it was no longer available and they would match as best as they could. I got high quality work at an excellent price.
