R&S Basements is Cumming's best basement finishing company. We are family owned and operated, and have completed hundreds of remodels over the last 22 years of continuous operation in and around Forsyth county. We do turn key projects and provide full service, from permits thru final punch work. Basements are all we do, and are our passion. Our subcontractors are remodeling subs (not new construction subs - big difference!), and have worked with us for years. If you want to finish your basement correctly, and have the budget to do so, while not wanting to overspend, then please call us. If you need something less, respectfully, please do not call.
