The owner guaranteed the new owners that if mold re-appeared in our crawlspace within one year's time, he would return for a free re-treatment. He returned my call the same day and was at my house doing the job two days later.

Terry and Justin his EZ-Breathe unit installer, were great to work with. Terry arrived on a Sunday morning the day after we arrived and noticed a mold issue. Still in the process of remediation, so issues are being handled in a timely manner. Being part-time second home owners and 8 hours away, it is nice to know Terry is on-top of our concerns. So glad we found his company and caught the problem before it got too bad.
