They arrived at my home at the appointed time, communicated with me every step of the way when they were in route, repaired my water damage ceiling in my guest bedroom from a roof leak and made sure the repair was to my satisfaction. How does one award five stars for service when they earned 10? We recently fell victim to the dreaded water leak that often ruins otherwise perfectly good wood floors. As a result, we had various groups represented in puting our home back together. One of these was ICG that provided the Pack Out/Pack Inn services. This team of folks preformed a remarkable service in packing our entire first floor from the largest book cases and sofas down to a large crystel collection and everything in between. They did so in a single day with smiles on their faces and a true understanding of our concerns. Just a great group of people doing a great job on our behalf. Most importantly I must add that they were supervised and coordinated by a very professional youn man named Mario Sucar. He was everywhere at once, leading his team and answering all our questions. A true professional. If ever you have the bad luck of water leak our any other disaster of that type, I would encourage you to contact ICG and If you are really lucky, you will have Mario to lead tham.
