I have used Hand H twice, two years in a row, to do the same job each time, which included hanging two ceiling fans each time. The first time, they provided a quote at the time that they made the appointment. However, one year later they refused to provide a quote, telling me that the electrician had the price book and that there would be a $30 charge if I decided not to have the work done after he arrived and provided the cost. Surprise: The cost almost doubled from the year before! No wonder they would not provide a quote ahead of time. I feel (1) that this was very unethical, (2) that their price was extremely high, and (3) that I had been duped by agreeing to the $30 charge if I decided not to have the job done.

The electrician explained that these were and quot;national prices.and quot; I don't expect to pay the same price for labor in rural Georgia that the unions charge in Chicago, New York, and other major cities. In my opinion, this was a very lame excuse for almost doubling his price for the same work.

The electricians were prompt, professional and courteous. They did a good job and they left the work area clean.

The two gentleman who arrived to give the estimate and do the work on separate days were polite, on time, wore booties to protect our floors and were all around pleasant. In the days after the estimate was given and the work done, I need to get a material to supply. I called and left a message just after 5pm saying that I needed additional information so that I could get the correct material for the next day. The owner called me and was very polite and helpful. He knows how customer service should work, I'll say that. He offered his cell phone number should I need to call again.
The gentleman arrived on time on the scheduled day. I was surprised the work did not take long since it was estimated around $600.00 but it was completed, the site cleaned up, the bill issued and they were off. One of the reasons I chose this company is that they guarantee their work for I believe two years. I realize we paid for that guarantee but we have had too many service providers who did incorrect work and we have had to pay later to have it redone. This time I wanted it done right and a guarantee. They installed ground wires and stakes on our electrical boxes, installed a separation material behind the boxes and did some work on a breaker. I would recommend this company.

I am a Realtor and I was out of town and received a call from the Seller that the Buyer's lender was requiring the electrical panel box to be moved. Standing in an Airport I called H and H Electrical on behalf of my client to see what they would charge to do the work and how quick it could be done. The house was closing in six days and the work had to be completed prior to closing and in time for a re inspection...WOW! H and H Electrical was prompt, professional and quick to get an estimate and get the work done. AMAZING and THANK YOU H and H! My Client was VERY HAPPY and the house closed. I have recommended H and H Electrical to other clients and we are going to use H and H with our personal home renovations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND H and H Electrical!

The technician was very polite and professional and did not try to sell me more than I needed.
