Mr. Preble spent a great deal of time both at our home and by e-mail providing numerous estimates with specifications for different generator brands and capacities (whole house with load management or limited power for just a few crucial equipment items).  He patiently answered my numerous questions as to the power quality from different manufacturers and their differences, and waited nearly a month while we explored various options and arranged for a fuel source.
We selected a 20 RESA Kohler generator with 200 amp automatic transfer switch and load management which should provide backup power to most items of the house with some items being given second priority for power (load management).  This 20KW system should meet our needs at a reasonable cost in emergencies.
His crew and subcontractors arrived on time and completed the installation with barely a 1 hour break in electrical service while the new equipment was connected through the meter.  His electrician even found and corrected a few problems with our existing circuit breaker box.  They both explained the new equipment carefully and left the area neat.
Our local building inspector was impressed with the work as to quality.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone seeking a standby power system either for their whole house or for a few crucial items.
