Mr. Bruno took three weeks to inastall the first sign. Once it was installed, there was an unsightly seam in the acetate printed logo. He attempted to fix the seam and succeeded only in cracking the plexiglass sign. He left it in place and cracked. There has been no attempt to fix the sign. He was also supposed to place red channel letters spelling "DENTIST" along an adjacent wall and have them lit from behind with LED lighting. These letters took six weeks to put up and were never lit from behind. The "N" in "DENTIST" was placed cocked at an angle. I have tried numerous times to contact him regarding both issues and he has continually made excuses and finally stopped returning calls. The work was paid in advance because he was highly recommended from the landlord who is also the contractor of the building. He has done nothing to rectify the situation.
Description of Work: Mr. Bruno was contracted to install signage that would be an acetate printed logo on plexiglass installed over a large lightbox. On an adjacent exterior wall he agreed to install channel letters that would be electrically lit by led. This work was contracted for my dental office.
