(Overall) He is very good (Price) He is very reasonable. (Quality) I dont feel like he ever takes average of me or over charges me. (Responsiveness) He's pretty busy but he is usually here. He's wife does the work at home on the telephone and all and sets up he's appointments so I think they do a good job. Sometimes he's mostly busy but he gets back with me (punctuality) He's good. (Professionalism) He is very nice. In fact I need to call him now. I would highly recommend him. I recommended him to my neighbour and she was very pleased with him and she always calls him now. (The worker) He is the owner he works for himself. He is very nice. (What stands out) He can find the problem usually very well whatever it is and know how to get parts he needs and everything to do it so. Sometimes he has to wait to get a part but not normally he doesn't.
