 + -1 moreExcellent experience from walking in the door to taking delivery. Very helpful, courteous owners, staff, and delivery crew. Never a delay in delivery, special order items arrived on time with no delays. Delivery crew was careful, wiped their feet at the door every trip in and out; set-up whatever needed to be set up...even helped us move an item we had not purchased from them. Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service, prices, variety, and quality of Appalachian Home Furnishings.
Description of Work: We moved back to the US and purchased home which required completely furnishing 7 rooms. The owners and staff at Appalachian Home Furnishings were wonderful! They offered help but allowed us as much uninterrupted time as we wanted to look around, decide on styles, colors, etc. They special ordered rugs, furniture, and were very prompt in delivering anything we bought from stock.
