Excellent experience from walking in the door to taking delivery. Very helpful, courteous owners, staff, and delivery crew. Never a delay in delivery, special order items arrived on time with no delays. Delivery crew was careful, wiped their feet at the door every trip in and out; set-up whatever needed to be set up...even helped us move an item we had not purchased from them. Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service, prices, variety, and quality of Appalachian Home Furnishings.
