I'm retired from the construction industry with 39+ years of experience. We needed some exterior wall repair to our current home. Although it was a small project, they gave us a fair and reasonable price and expected flawlessly. Southern Exteriors was beyond excellent. I have to say our experience with Southern Exteriors was absolutely phenomenal. Cameron, sales person, Kade project manager, Tony and John the experts that did the hands on, the entire team did outstanding. They exhibited professional service, skill and no BS. Communication was phenomenal. They executed as discussed, when and how. We are in the process of designing a new home and we most certainly will be contacting them for possible work on our new home. They are awesome. They did our entire home in 2020 when it burned down and then we had the tornado in 2023 which we had to have our roof replace. Very caring and professional.

While I would love to write a glowing review on Southern Exteriors work and craftmanship Ill not be getting the opportunity. I had heard their ads on our local conservative radio show about their craftsmanship and customer service and it seemed they would be the perfect company for my home remodel... well sad to say the ads are not what I experienced when contacting them to setup an appointment for a consultation. Spoke to a really nice lady on the phone and explained to her what we were looking to do to our home. She took down our contact information and stated that one of the home remodel salesmen would be in contact to setup an appointment. 30 days past and we heard nothing, so my wife reached out to see what was going on and was informed that the nice lady I originally talked to on the phone had forgot to forward our information to the remodeling department. She was very apologetic, so My wife and I thought well minor over site and wanted to move forward with Southern since they supposedly share our values. Within a few days we were contacted by one of their remodeling specialist and made an appointment with this associates 2 weeks out from our conversation. Appointment day arrives and well the associate was a no show for our consultation. My wife disappointed from the no show reached out to Southern to make sure we were scheduled for a consultation and she confirmed and said she would have the sales associate contact us directly. Their sales associate did reach out to me and was apologetic about missing the appointment stating that an emergency had risen on one of their other jobs and that he was happy to reschedule for another day. While we were appreciative of the call and explanation still does not excuse the lack of communication from a company who is ads state they pride themselves on their workmanship and customer experience... especially after my wife and I took off work in order to meet with Southern Exteriors associate. While I cant comment on their workmanship if it is anything like their customer service Id be taking my business elsewhere like my wife and I. Steve C.

I could not recommend southern exteriors enough! Harrison was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We got a quote on a Monday and our roof was on by the end of the week! They were thorough with the clean up process which I appreciated as I have small kids and dogs! The final product looked amazing!
