Totally awesome job, on time, very conscience of walls and hardwood floors, very courteous.  Priced below competition in all areas and did a much better job!  Very professional, clean van and equipment and left a magnet on my fridge for future reference.  Now I refer him to all my friends and church family.

Don't waste your money and hire these people.  They did not even have guards to put on the corners of the walls and woodwork, nor did they cover the brass fittings he just pulled them across our hardwood floors, then when he finished rather than pull them all outside he disconnected them in the house leaving water on the hardwood floors that we were scampering to wipe up, no respect for one's property.  He also was very personal, he talked an hour before he even started to "clean" the carpets and this was just chit chatting, then talked another half hour after he was through.  He kept standing at the windows looking out on to the lake, he was just too personal, he wasn't there to look at the lake he was there to get business done, he needs to remember that.

I had to have everything vacuumed and moved beforehand, which I have never had to do before.  They were prompt and polite. I had to pay extra for pretreating a few spots. They did a good job of cleaning everything but they did not move things, such as chairs, out of the way, nor did they go under the beds, just to the edge of the bedskirts.

Shane Steamers has cleaned my carpets twice.  Both times they were prompt and did a great job.  The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.  They recommend treatments, but aren't pushy with products.  I recommend them and will definitely use them again and again.
