Basement Waterproofing
Seemed like an honest man, the work was done quickly and of somewhat decent quality. His employees, who may not be bonded & insured as he advertises, dumped the mortar that they had used down the sink drain in the basement! How stupid! That makes me wonder how experienced they really are with the materials they are using. It was $175 to have the sink cleared and fixed. Mitchell G. Phillips agreed to pay for the plumbing bill the first time I called him, and has avoided me like the plague ever since. I have yet to see a penny from him. Highly unprofessional to damage a customers property when you are supposed to be there to fix it. NOT A STAND UP/HONEST COMPANY.
