called for inquiry on a service done previously after having to have another company come inspect our unit and i was berated by the owner herself named Joan who verbatim told me “i don’t care what the coolray guy says” and then proceeded to tell me “let me tell you something about heating and cooling since you obviously don’t know anything” i was absolutely appalled by this and mentioned the unprofessionalism to which Joan yelled at me and laughed over the phone telling me her manager wouldn’t do anything. definitely wouldn’t recommend a company with such foul office representatives. attached are photos of our indoor unit they never inspected at any point when our outdoor unit was serviced and replaced within a 5 minute inspection, as well as our outdoor unit because it’s filthy from the problems with the inside unit and the puddle at the outside unit that’s been here for years at this point they didn’t seem was an issue.

They were really good. The blowers that blows through one of the vents. They also had to repair a wire or something that was on it.

I called them during a busy season and from the time they came out for estimate and finish was 2wks cause of my schedual and the nasty weather. in fact they showed up 3 days eairler then the original time frame they gave me which was great for me. I offered to tear down walls for them to hide it in but they told me I did'nt need to they would work it without all the bother they also customized it so it would fit in between my narraw floor joist they cleaned up after them selves and took very little if any breaks they got in got the job done and got out without putting me into any inconvieance. and put up with my daughter harasssing them. it looks good and works great. and they did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need and they worked within my budget which was not much money they are a great company to work with when I asked question and they was alot they answered them and made me feel like it was ok and explained everything really well . I would recommand them to anyone and will use again if I need to but they did such a good job I feel I will not need to.

They were prompt, reliable, efficient, professional, and I would recommend them to others.
