Zuniga ATL Lawn Service IncThis was the "Best" lawn service I have every used! Work was performed better than expected. I had a few things I saw and wanted done which were not in my original estimate. They took care of them without a second thought. As an example, my gutters have never been this clean. They blow them out, removed guards, sprayed cleaner and flushed the gutters and down pipes. Then replaced the wire guards. Very easy to work with, polite, professional and hard workers. I hired Elite gutters last spring to install new gutters and downspouts on my house. The price was a little lower than other estimates. They completed the work and everything seemed good. Over the summer during a heavy rain I noticed the gutters falling off the house on one side. When I looked closer I realized that the gutter was still attached to the fascia board and that it was the fascia board coming loose in one area. I was able to reattach the fascia board in the small area that was having problems. This fall after another heavy rain the gutters and fascia started coming off in a larger area. I contacted Elite Gutters to ask if they could come and take the gutter down and give me a day or two to repair the fascia then come reattach the gutter after I made the repairs. They told me that it was something they would have to do when they were in the area that they have a minimum of $350 for gutter work and said that they doubted I wanted to pay that. I agreed and asked when they thought they would be back in my area. They never replied. I have since talked to another gutter company about doing what I asked Elite Gutters to do and I was informed that the gutters were not installed correctly in the first place. The gutters should have never been attached to only the fascia board, that they should have been secured through the fascia board and into the rafter tails. If they would have been installed correctly I never would have had a problem. Now because they were installed incorrectly I have a large problem to fix.
