 + -1 moreTHEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE PRICE THEY QUOTED ME. I SENT AN EMAIL OF COMPLAINT TO THEM THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER BACK !
Description of Work: had a contract to buy a 100 gals of propane they wanted me to buy more and gave me a price for 137 gals I said OK and after that they refused to bring it. THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!

Description of Work: My parents were with this company approx 30 yrs......after their passing, I had the acct put in my name. They boasted that I had been "locked in" with a special price since we had been their customer for so long......it was $2.69 a gallon.......no favor at all to me......when I called their bluff, they issued me a check for the overcharges I had paid since the last year......saying they couldn't go back any further. After being told I could not receive propane gas after I ran out one day for 3 days, I contacted Spalding Gas and was brought a brand new tank (had been begging for the old tank to at least be painted by FerrellGas.) THEY LOCKED ME IN AT $2.05 GALLON FOR AS LONG AS I WANT......A BIG BIG DIFFERENCE COMPARED TO THE FERRELLGAS CROOKS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE....I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB IN ADDITION TO THIS SITE. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME. KAREN V. NESBITT MCDONOUGH, GA 30252
