Benchmark was prompt, assessed the problem(s), took the computer to his shop and fixed the problem. He brought the computer back to me earlier than expected. He also explained to me what he did with the computer and how he fixed the problem. Although he did not have to, he returned to help me set up my wireless account which was quite problematic. If it were not for Bill, I would not have a working internet. He really is an honest and trustworthy professional! :-)
