Most reputable service provider of several that bid to repair my failed septic system. Zane Bates, the owner and operator, was conservative and only fixed what needed to be fixed, instead of trying to install an entire new septic field. This saved me thousands of dollars and was the best solution for me. He even worked with the Fayette County Health Dept to ensure the work met their criteria and was satisfactory. He took his time and was very careful where he dug in my sodded backyard. Once the work was done, he and his helper covered their repair work very carefully and even spared some of my yard sod. He properly repaired a severed irrigation line that could not avoid being damaged. Then they even watered the sod that had been dug up. He readily answered my questions and offered suggestions, both upon the initial estimate and when the work was underway. He was very professional yet down to earth. He respected me as a homeowner and was not rude or rough like some contractors can be. I would definitely do work with him again.
