One Time Interior House Cleaning

I hired Poppin Mops for a â move outâ house cleaning. I was disappointed to find out that the microwave was not cleaned out, the front of the refrigerator, some baseboards, light fixtures, doors and fans were not cleaned. I had to spend time cleaning these things. I expected not to have to do this. When hiring a cleaning service, I expect the company to know what to do. I wish her well, but donâ t recommend her for a move out cleaning.

"I pride myself on doing good work and am truly sorry this customer was not happy. That being said I feel I need to defend myself. I did not touch the kitchen because I was told it was? off-limits? due to the floors being refinished the same day I was there. As for the doors and walls, the homeowner told me she was going to take care of those and was doing so while I was there. All fans, baseboards, and light fixtures in the rest of the house were addressed. The homeowner inspected before I left. I truly wish she had said something if she had concerns. I am sincerely sorry if there was some misunderstanding or miscommunication. Godspeed to them."
