Tony was the only one of the roofers that we contacted that provided a detailed breakdown of his charges for material and labor for each thing we had done. He emailed us the estimate within a few days and it contained all the things which we talked about with him. He responded to emails quickly when we were trying to decide shingle colors, etc. David and the crew (as well as Tony part of the time) did a nice clean job of removing the old shingles using his special shingle cart which he could move up to the roof edge to catch the shingles. The crew did a nice job of putting on the shingles and seemed to take extra care in getting the job right. They also did a good job in spotting and replacing any rotten wood that needed replaced. They painted the vents and flashing to match the roof. The whole process (removing old roof, installing new roof, replacing siding, installing new roof vents, gutters, gutter guards, running a magnet around to pick up nails) took 3 days. We found very few nails after they left, in contrast to some of our neighbors who were stepping on them for months.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They nailed new decking into a very rotten fascia board and rotten rafter without consulting me about replacing the wood.  I was also charged $175 to replace two of the flanges around some vent pipes, and all they did was stick a couple of rubber gaskets over the pipes and put screws into the old rusted flanges without properly sealing everything (not NEARLY worth $175, I could have done it myself in 5 minutes).  Came out and fixed the flanging after I withheld payment, but claims he didn't see the (very obvious) rotten wood so it wasn't his fault and refused to come out and fix it.  Going to be a costly thing to replace because all the new roofing is nailed into the rotten wood and sealed over with new roofing material. Threatened to take me to court when I tried to negotiate a lower price and was very rude and unprofessional throughout the whole process.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
