+ -1 moreChris, Byron and all crews were extremely professional and offered excellent craftsmanship. Problems were solved promptly. We are very pleased with the finished product. No contractor nightmares; Chris and Byron were always accessible and did exactly what they said they would. Despite some weather delays, the job was completed within 2 weeks of the original finish date, and we came in on budget.

Description of Work: Beam and Associates remodeled and added on to our 125 year old house. There are not enough good things we can say about this company. Byron spent a great deal of time working out the myriad of details about our addition, with many revisions and changes in an effort to get things within our budget and meet our needs at the same time. Every person that has been at our house has been polite and personable. The company is highly professional and ethical. Work has been done on time and the communication has been excellent. We would hire them again and plan to as soon as we can afford more changes to our home.
