I think they are great. If you see anything between regular visits they will come back for free. They are very, very responsive. They are excellent. They go above and beyond. He does all the treatment outside and indoors, and he makes sure he gets all the windows. He is very, very thorough. I told him that every now and then I see a wasp in the house. He told me that wasps build their nests around chimney traps and they come down through the chimney. He put a sticky trap inside my fireplace so it would get them before they came down. I had just mentioned it offhand and I was impressed that he helped with that. The overall experience is excellent. I think their price is comparable to anyone I called before. I would absolutely use this provider again.

If I do call them back they say they have no problems what so ever. They have been great. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

He was on time. Whenever he said he will be here, he has been here on time. They are great. I directly talk to the owner. The office lady is good too. I rate them high overall. We have been using them for 15 years.

The treatment worked. They did everything they said they were going to do. Everything was fine for the price that it was and for the people that were doing it every month where you saw them and you knew that it was working. I haven't dealt with them again mainly because of their price. I don't have a lot of experience on the price. They were the only ones I ever had. I don't know what everyone else charges, but to me it wasn't worth it. They did a good job and they were thorough when they got done. They said they would come back anytime I needed them. I probably would use them in the future if I wanted to spend that money again.

Since the home was empty he was able to walk through the home and spray every place he needed to. He did reinform me about the service guarantee should I happen to see bugs again. And he also told me to not be alarmed because although I didn't see any bugs currently within the next 24 hours I would find dead bugs everywhere. And sure enough I did! They were on time and very professional, which I really appreciate.

Basically, we hired Progressive to do our pest control a little over 5 years ago and we have always been very pleased with their service.

I have used many pest control people but progressive has been superior to them all. It is a family run business so the same person comes each time, which I like since he knows where everything is. I have always been very pleased with them as they are prompt, efficient and caring.

One thing I really love about this company is that they guarantee their work. If they spray and you have any problems during the year, they will come out and take care of the situation immediately. They don t charge for this and I feel it really shows how they back the quality of their work. The men that come are always neat and courteous and I highly recommend their services.
