I was surprised to find that an out of town company would be the least expensive of all of the estimates that I requested.  They came out promptly and gave me a very reasonable price(about half of what some in town were going to charge) to remove a tree that had uprooted and fallen on my home.  I was waiting on insurance to tell me how much they were going to pay so did not setup a time with them right away.  The owner called me over the weekend to try and setup a time they could come.  He told me that he wanted to take care of mine first if possible to prevent further damage to the home because of the storms that were coming into the area.  I was impressed but told him that I would call him after speaking with my insurance agent.  I called Monday afternoon and he said they would come out first thing Tuesday morning because storms were suppose to begin on Wednesday and through the remainder of the week.  Come Tuesday morning, I expected a phone call to inform me that they would come out as soon as the rain stopped because it snuck up earlier than expected.  I came by the house to get a few things and to my great surprise they were working through the rain and had already had the majority of the work done! I was delighted that they came as discussed, even though there would have been an acceptable reason for them not to.  As I was taking things out of my car back into my home, the guys even offered a helping hand with that.  They were very professional and I was extremely impressed.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree service and will definately use them again should the need arise.
