This is he second time we used Beck for the same issue with our LG washer/dryer. They replaced the pump 3-4 years ago. At that time they didn't have they part, but returned the next day. Today they had one on their truck and fixed it in less than 1 hour. They are a man and wife team and are prompt and they called about half an hour before arrival. They are nice people that do a great job. I would use them again.
