I had requested that Skyline come out and empty my overflowing septic tank and to install a new drain line for the tank. I was originally told the tech Timothy would be out here around noon, I waited and waited about 2:00 I decided to call teh company as no one has bother calling me, turns out there was a bigger emergency than my backup problem! The lady at teh office was very nice and was apologetic and rescheduled the appointment for the next day. Once again, I waited and waited, I then called them back yet again after he was another two hours late and was promised that I was the next stop, hours go by and around 5:30, which was about four and half hours late the tech finally shows up. No apologies, nothing, just rude as if he did not even wanna be there in the first place. Do yourself a favor and just look somewhere else, this company was bought out by a larger company that no longer cares to give even decent service, this company and Hamby Septic were both bought out by big corporations that do not care about their customers at all. I am glad it happened though because I was able to find a company that came out quick and did the job at half the price!

Called and they were there within the hour and got right to work! Less than an hour later we were fixed and ready to go! Super friendly and professional.

Our septic system was blocking up. I've used Skyline before, so they were first on the list. They identified the problem and were finished within an hour.

They were priced Fair, and they were extremely careful in how they worked. They did as little damage as possible to the yard. They were very good at communication, they were polite and very professional.

These guys called before they came, and were here at the time scheduled. They were very polite, worked fast, and even educated me on the system and went over the condition of the system with me prior to them leaving. And the cost was more competitive than any other I priced, and cheaper than what my neighbors have paid with other companies.

Skyline showed up promptly and was able to get our backed up septic system drained and working again. They mentioned our drain field was saturated and possibly needs to be replaced. We will see how everything goes.

From start to finish this was a GREAT experience. As a woman, and since we were not having issues with our tank I was nervous about having someone come out. I called at least 7 other septic companies and even went to the environmental health department office for help. Skyline not only offered the most affordable price but had the best customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone went above and beyond to reassure me and to answer all of my questions even when at first I was only looking for an inspection. I ended up calling back the following day to schedule our inspection and pumping and the same lady answered the phone. Again she was very nice and reassuring and even offered to help me get my letter the same day if possible. She said that the guys could come out within a couple of hours and that I did not even have to be home and was able to pay over the phone. By the time I got home there were 2 gentleman in my backyard already looking for our septic tank. Again, as a woman who was home alone this could be a nervous situation but these were the kindest men I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were fast efficient, and a joy to have at the house. They answered all of my (and my 4 year old sons) questions with a smile and told us everything we ever wanted to know about the septic system. I would recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them again!

Called skyline plumbing to drain septic tank drained at a cost of 309.00 dollars.  I was told I needed 100 additional feet  of field line to handle the overflow of waste, and bring the system up to code.  When they came out to do the work, they discovered that the field line had collapsed.  Had to have new drain field installed at a cost of 3000.00 dollars. 

I don't know where to start. When I called, the lady was extremely nice and helpful. She asked me more questions then expected to make sure they could help. I have to say this is great. I can't count how many times I have called somewhere and someone comes out to tell me they can't fix it or do what we are needing.  The ETA was 2 hours. The 2 technicians came out within a hour. After they replaced the pump in, made sure that everything works,  and then explained everything and gave us the warranty information. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They even did not say anything about my messing basement. LOL! Seriously, I am glad that I called them and will be recommending them to people that i know.

They came out to the house and were able to determine that the filter
was clogged in the second stage of the septic tank preventing the water
from flowing to the drain field.  They pumped the tank, cleaned the
filter and were on their way.  This is the second time I've used them
and they are always hones, courteous, reliable and reasonable in price.

I call them and they are here within two hours. I can call them anytime, even on a weekend, and they are here within two hours. I use them because I can get a same day appraisal and they look at what's going on, they tell me what's going on and they fix it. If there is something that is going on and they say I can fix this now but it may or may not take, they are upfront and tell me about that. I mean, they seem to be very honest. They are very dependable. They don't give you a time frame of when they are coming but they'll give you a call before they get there. I called them on a Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago, right around the 4th of July weekend, because my hot water heater went out. They came out, within two hours, they got the hot water heater running. Well, actually the hot water heater itself died.
