About us
Hello there! Thanks for reviewing our credentials. You will see that we are the best team for the job as we have 17 years of experience in the industry. We started out providing insurance inspection services to the commercial and residential industry for insurance underwriters in 2001. Home Inspections is our passion so we now focus strictly on home buyers and sellers. Our QUEST is to provide you with as much information in order to make a sound, worry free decision on the purchase of a home or provide a home health checkup on your current home. Our VISION is to inspect every home as if it were our own. The safety and function of the home is our top priority therefore we require our inspectors to be certified, insured and attend continuous education classes. We offer the following types of home inspections: Home Inspections (Pre-listing and/or purchase of home) Eleven Month Warranty New Home Inspections ( Builders One-year warranty) Home Health Checkup Inspections (Current home) Condition Check (Rental property). We offer a $20 discount to all veterans and first responders.
