Description of Work: I had a show to do for a start-up business and needed a chair, chair cover and sash, easel, and tablecloth for my presentation. Because one table was provided by the venue (but I had not received a description), I wanted to get a universal chair cover just in case. Unlimited did not have any in stock, so I got a traditional banquet chair cover for the other chair. While making my decisions in store, I wasn't hounded or followed when I said I needed a moment to look. But, when I did ask for help I had undivided attention with details that helped me make sure decisions. I never felt like I couldn't trust their suggestions. When I asked for visuals that weren't on the floor (a shorter easel), she said sure and got it right away. Courtesy and customer service were foremost in my interaction. Just as quickly, I checked out and was directed where to pick up my order in the rear of the building. My order was ready in far shorter a time frame than I expected.
