EVERYTHING was wonderful from the salesperson to the guys at pickup around back. Because I came in on Saturday, I didn't have to return my rentals until Monday but still only paid for one day's rental. My order was ready within five minutes of me paying for everything, and it was sooooo easy to drop everything off. I told them my name (my receipt was down in my purse somewhere) and they checked me off in less than one minute. I couldn't have been at the dropoff more than 90 seconds. These guys met me with a smile and all the kindness in the world. I went back to the front to make sure I had made the right order because that second chair cover (banquet) was not large enough for the chair at the venue. Of course, oh well for me, but it was no big deal at all... I just used the sash. Other than that... perfect as usual.
