UNITED HOME CLEANING

The appt. was for 1pm. Lisa sent someone from stone mountain to come to acworth and they didn't show up till 2:45pm. The lady's name was Sabrina and she brought her neice Janie too. They did call and say they would be late. They were here for 3 hours. They started in the master bedroom after I walked them through the home with what they would be doing. The entire time Sabrina was on her cell phone talking away and Janie was standing around waiting for direction. My son's room wasn't dusted, the ceiling fans weren't done and neither were the baseboards. The kitchen counters were only cleaned around items on the counter (appliances) and this is all after I picked up the entire house before they came. When I made dinner that night and moved the wooden knife block there was stuff all under it. Event he exposed counters had stains still. I ended up cleaning after they left. There was also dust on the shelves in the children's bathroom (they are glass) so it was really obvious. Basically they just wiped everything down with a rag and mr. clean - no scrubbing or moving anything. I heard 3 different loud crashes when they were in my bathroom and bedroom - the soap dispenser is broken now. I have no idea what fell. When it came to paying them, I have a 25 dollar off coupon from them that they did not accept. They put me on the phone with Lisa who said it was $75.00 period. I shouldn't have paid them but with my daughter passing away a couple months ago I just wanted them gone. The reviews on kudzu are good but trust me - not worth $10.00 for what they accomplished!
