1. It took 2.5 times as long as he said it would.
2. Despite what we told him what we wanted, he ordered too many of the custom tile. We have 12 boxes of it that we can't do anything with.
3. The new door lock installed doesn't work.
4. Since re-sheetrocked, we can't open the bathroom windows anymore. 
5. The trim around all the mirrors is loose. 
6. One sink was not completely sealed and caulked. 
7. The trim for the skylight was never installed.
8. The paint above the shower is peeling. 
9. There are paint streaks on all walls.
10. The wall by the bathroom vanity mirror has a hole allowing outside air in. 
11. They used a foam insulation and the pressure from the insulation blew out the siding on the side of the house. It was not repaired.
