I just can't say enough good things about Tobey (he is T & C Contracting). We have used him for years and he has always done an excellent job at a fair price. For certain tasks he will use subcontractors and we have always been pleased with their quality of work as well.
For this time, we needed a general sprucing up of the interior of our house along with a thorough cleaning of our outdoor deck and screened porch. Tobey did all the patchwork and then matched our interior paint and painted the walls and trim. He also pressure washed the deck and porch and then stained and sealed them and painted the railing. He also built and installed a gate for the deck so that our dog won't go running after squirrels. Finally, he repaired an ottoman that had lost a leg and a makeup stool. Everything looks wonderful.
The only downside to Tobey is that he can be difficult to schedule as he is very much in demand. While he was at my house over several days 3 different neighbors came up to him (all repeat customers) and scheduled work with him. One final thing, Tobey is a devout Christian who does a lot of work with his church.
This winter I will finish my basement and I plan to have Tobey be my general contractor. I trust him absolutely.

TOBY COCHRAN ARRIVES PROMPTLY AND DOES THE WORK COMPLETELY. HE CALLS IMMEDIATELY WHEN REQUESTED AND CHECKS TO MAKE SURE HIS WORK WAS DONE PROPERLY. HE CAN DO ALMOST ANYTHING IN OR ON YOUR HOUSE.
