I am so amazed at the quality of their work! I never thought we could get the "new" patched areas to match the existing floors, but they did! And they cut the new and old floors in the old pattern so you can hardly tell there was a patch. The poly on the patch work was excellent and an perfect transition to the existing floor. Our main living areas had a lot of wear from dogs, kids, etc. over the last 20 years, but they did an excellent job refinishing these floors. They were very prompt, professional, and cleaned up every bit of dust! I could not be happier with their work or their price. Roland, the owner, has been in the business nearly 40 years (?) and is very knowledgeable.

I can't tell you how pleased we were with their quality of work. In some rooms we only needed a few feet of wood patched without refinishing the entire floor. They cut the new wood in long/short pieces to match existing patterns and somehow finished the patched wood to match existing floor perfectly. In other rooms we had them patch and refinish entire floor which looks brand new. After 20 years of wear and tear on the floors, they were in pretty bad shape. Roland always showed up on time and worked quickly. He cleaned up, and left the place better than he found it. We couldn't be happier.
