I cannot say enough about Platinum Roofing. Their customer service was superb. I had a roof leak from a previous company who has since gone out of business. Platinum took the time to properly diagnose the source of the problem. Their rates were very competitive, and the repairs were completed within the week. From my sales rep, Sean, to my repair techs, the entire Platinum team was extremely kind and professional. Highly recommend Platinum Roofing!!!

Everyone at Platinum Roofing Atlanta was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They all worked hard throughout the day. While watching the crew, it was obvious to see that they had been working together for a long time. They had their system of installation down pat. Everyone was there to answer any questions that we had from the first call to the final walk (looking everything over). Everyone at Platinum Roofing cares about the integrity of their work and makes sure their customers are happy. I would definitely hire Platinum Roofing again and I highly recommend them. My new roof looks great, and I have received many compliments on the new roof.

We got them from Angie’s List. The total was $225. We love them. I am no judge of how good the quality is, but they are very responsive and with working with you. They have solved problems for us that might have cost a lot more if they weren’t so creative about it. I don’t have any suggestions for them to improve on anything. I really only come into contact with one worker and I think he is the owner.
