"Maam, we are sorry that you feel this way about our company. Just to reiterate our conversation with your mother, we had originally advised her that the mold count was so high that we would most likely fail the first mold test. Last time we spoke on the phone with you all you wanted to do was curse at us and not give us the chance to come back to fix the problem. Yes, when additional work is needed there will be additional charges. We had originally advised your mother that we needed to do demo on some of the sheet rock, at which point she declined for us to do. We have a limited liability form that was signed, stating that she did not wish for us to do the demo. Therefore, we can not guarantee our work as stated by the limited liability. We completed such a thorough job that even without demo, the mold count was significantly lowered from over 120,000 spores per cubic meter of air to around 5000 spores per cubic meter of air, borderline passing/failing. As far as the contents being bagged up, your mother did not wish to pay for us to clean those contents nor did she wish to dispose of them. At that point, we decided to bag those contents up and seal those bags to prevent cross contamination. We always follow all protocols in regards to mold remediation. This is why we pass 99.9% of all mold jobs the first time. of course you will have another company come in to tell you that we have done a poor job and did not follow the protocol. This is a sales tactic used by many companies. We always do everything in our power to make sure that our customers get the highest quality work but being limited to what we can do often times leads to borderline or failing mold tests. Our reviews all over the Internet speak volumes of our quality of work and our customer service.
