STAY AWAY FROM THESE BROTHERS!! They have absolutely NO idea what they're doing. They demanded a same-day $5500 check from my 87 yr old mother to remediate mold from my parents' basement due to a leak. Against industry protocol, they required the check BEFORE testing could be done to make sure they had done the job correctly. A 3rd party licensed inspector had provided a remediation protocol, which they ignored. They put all of my parentsâ affected belongings in 20-25 extra large garbage bags and told my mother if she wanted to retrieve items from the bags, she would need to drag the bags into the yard before opening them. Needless to say, the house did not pass a subsequent mold inspection, and it was determined by the inspector that they had made the mold issue worse by not following the recommended protocol. They wanted to charge $1100 to come back to "re-fog" and take out drywall - a basic measure that should have been done originally. I sent demand letters for a refund to no avail. We had to hire another company to do the job correctly so that my parents' home was safe and passed inspection.

"Maam, we are sorry that you feel this way about our company. Just to reiterate our conversation with your mother, we had originally advised her that the mold count was so high that we would most likely fail the first mold test. Last time we spoke on the phone with you all you wanted to do was curse at us and not give us the chance to come back to fix the problem. Yes, when additional work is needed there will be additional charges. We had originally advised your mother that we needed to do demo on some of the sheet rock, at which point she declined for us to do. We have a limited liability form that was signed, stating that she did not wish for us to do the demo. Therefore, we can not guarantee our work as stated by the limited liability. We completed such a thorough job that even without demo, the mold count was significantly lowered from over 120,000 spores per cubic meter of air to around 5000 spores per cubic meter of air, borderline passing/failing. As far as the contents being bagged up, your mother did not wish to pay for us to clean those contents nor did she wish to dispose of them. At that point, we decided to bag those contents up and seal those bags to prevent cross contamination. We always follow all protocols in regards to mold remediation. This is why we pass 99.9% of all mold jobs the first time. of course you will have another company come in to tell you that we have done a poor job and did not follow the protocol. This is a sales tactic used by many companies. We always do everything in our power to make sure that our customers get the highest quality work but being limited to what we can do often times leads to borderline or failing mold tests. Our reviews all over the Internet speak volumes of our quality of work and our customer service. These guys are the best at what they do. I had a moisture issue under my house and little did I know half of the living room floor was rotted out from under me. I called Patriot and they came out right away and went under the house (very tight crawlspace) and found thick mold and rotted wood. They got to work setting up their equipment to start drying out the crawl space and even helped demo the floor. These guys kept me informed about the entire process and got the job done at a reasonable price. Thanks for the hard work and your service to our country.

I would highly recommend this family-owned business. Before starting our mold remediation, they showed us where treatment was needed and explained very thoroughly how they would go about doing their job. Since our treatment was needed in our unfinished basement, the work included them wiping down every single item in the basement! They don't do a job unless it's a thorough one and they stand behind their work with a guarantee. I highly recommend Patriot restoration!

I've got 20ft ceilings, that come to a point. The humidity got a little too much and oops! Patriot came in, gave a great estimate and were able to do the work in the same week. These guys are professional, very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. They cleaned everything in the room, EVERYTHING by hand and did it quickly with no mess left behind. They also love cats. Big bonus!! I highly recommend you speak to them before you hire anyone else. They follow the standards to ensure no regrowth of mold and have the best guarantee in the business. Top notch!!
